Mr. Gent has asked me to write to you in
connection with your letter to him of the
3rd December about the number, and frequency
or the meetings or the Hong Kong University
Auvisory Committee.

It is very difficult to say how many meet-
ings will be necessary and I think that the
question of procedure is one which must
sidered at the first meeting of the Committe
